Hi, I'm Erin, owner and maker at Helleur Handmade. I'm passionate about creating unique handmade items - things that you won't find on a department store shelf. Something made with love in my home studio - not on a factory floor, not in a sweatshop. 

I first started sewing at 14 years old when my much loved (and very missed) grandma bought me some quilting lessons. I adored the process of creating something so beautiful out of fabric and thread. 

When friends started having babies I struggled to find something unique and special to give as gifts. So I started making my own. Through word of mouth, people began asking me to create custom items and so Helleur Handmade was born.
